Common questions

Things owners ask

How do I sign in?
With the email and password your site was set up with, or with Google. Forgot the password? The “reset” link on the sign-in screen sends one to your email. Not sure which email? Ask whoever built your site, or write to merhaba@certexian.com.
Can I change the site myself?
Yes. In the panel, click a spot on your site and type what you want; preview, then publish. For bigger changes you can also write to the team that built it.
Where do leads land?
In the panel inbox — form messages, booking requests and mail sent to your site's own address. A notification also goes to your email.
Who built my site, whose panel is this?
Either the Certexian team or a Certexian partner. The panel is the same either way: the site and everything in it are yours.
Does the Certexian badge in the footer go away?
On Advanced Site / Builder Pro and Agency, yes — automatically. On the free tier and on Basic Site / Builder Starter the badge stays.
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes, from the “Your domain” page. SSL is automatic; the panel shows where to put the DNS record.
